Infection Control

Infection control & PPE

Barrier protection and consumables for procedural and patient-care areas: examination and surgical gloves, isolation and surgical gowns, face masks and respirators, surgical drapes, and skin-prep supplies.

Gloves

Nitrile is widely used for exam gloves — good dexterity, chemical resistance, and no natural-rubber-latex allergy risk. Glove thickness and cuff length are usually matched to the task, with longer cuffs and higher puncture resistance for procedures. Your infection-prevention team sets the standard for your facility.

Gown levels

Isolation and surgical gowns are rated AAMI PB70 Levels 1–4 by fluid-barrier performance, with higher levels intended for higher fluid exposure. Confirm the required level for each use with your infection-prevention team before standardizing.

Standardizing across a facility

Consolidating PPE to a short, well-chosen list can reduce training burden and simplify par-level management. We help hospital supply teams build and hold that list across sites.
